MOJA on King was EVERYTHING LAST NIGHT!!

About last night… MOJA on King was a whole new and exciting vibe! We danced to and we sang with Queens of Hip Hop Soul who just turned it out!! They performed songs from Mary J. Blige, Erykah Badu, Jill Scott, Faith Evans and Lauren Hill. Ohhh what a fantastic time. The ladies sang their hearts out and the band, they were so funky… Many thanks to all y’all who came out, our amazing vendors and special thanks to Kardea Brown for the shout out! About MOJA Arts Festival

The MOJA Arts Festival is a multi-disciplinary festival produced annually and directed by the City of Charleston Office of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the MOJA Planning Committee, an all-volunteer community arts and cultural group.

Additional assistance and guidance is provided by the less formal networks of the MOJA Advisory Board, a group of civic leaders who assist with fundraising and advocacy, and the Friends of MOJA patron circle, representing individual and corporate donors.
