During today’s press conference, Mayor Tecklenburg announces additional details about the upcoming MOJA Arts Festival, which will take place September 28 through October 8, 2023. The MOJA Arts Festival is a multi-disciplinary festival produced annually by Charleston in partnership with the MOJA Planning Committee and a host of local civic and cultural leaders.
