This year, festival presenters included Abstract That Rapper & Soulful Sounds, Charlton Singleton & Friends, Da’Gullah Rootz & Operation Irie, Damon Forham, Deborah Roberts, Deninufay, Gangstagrass, Gino Castillo and the Cuban Cowboys, Hank Bilal, Iba MaHr, Javetta Palmer Campbell, Kelontae Gavin, Lalah Hathaway, Mario Desasaurre, Marlon Wayons, Mike Brown + F.O.C.U.S., Minerva King, Nana Anim, Oscar Rivers, Jr., Ragga Lox, Rev. Randolph Miller & United Harmony, Tasha Cobbs Leonard, The Dubplates, The Tony Washington Singers, Theresa Hilliard, Tommy Brown Jr. with Black Noyze, Veronica Gaillard, Wille E Bradley Jr., and more.
The 2024 MOJA Arts Festival poster features the work of Charleston native Demetrius Bing. Known for his unique blend of abstraction, Pop art, and street art, Bing’s painting “Sometimes I Cry” captures his personal experiences and growth through vibrant colors.
