This year, the Festival took place from October 1 - October 18, 1991.
Nigerian Printmaker Bruce Onobrakpeya exhibited his works of etchings and paintings in the “Shelian Masquerades”.
The Heritage Day Celebration recognized African/Caribbean culture worldwide with music, fine arts and crafts, and demonstrations.
